BlueChip™ challenges vary each month, ranging from physical to nutritional to mental well-being. You may be challenged to walk instead of drive, read instead of watch television, or eat in instead of dining out. Other challenges may simply have you relax, go to bed at the same time every night, or spend more time outside. Some challenges may be more difficult than others, but we think your health is worth a little hard work.

By now, you may have realized with each challenge you complete, you earn points. Depending on the number of points you earn, you can receive rewards. We understand not everyone has a competitive spirit, and that’s okay. While some may want to rank high on that leaderboard, those who don’t still receive support for making progress and completing the challenges. For those who do have a competitive spirit, it’s game time. Bragging rights and rewards are up for grabs!
